Courage is most often recognized in big public moments
but rarely in quiet ones like this one..
Welcome.
I’m glad you’re here.
You don’t have to do the rest alone.
Hi. I’m Heather.
I am a licensed psychologist who is passionate about helping people like you find hope and healing. I specialize in processing trauma including interpersonal violence, domestic abuse, organizational abuse, spiritual/religious trauma, childhood abuse, and sexual assault. I also specialize in preventing and treating compassion fatigue in helping professionals such as mental health clinicians, social workers, healthcare workers, first responders, and teachers. In therapy, I work primarily with adults and couples however I conduct ADHD assessments and School Threat Risk Assessments in adults and adolescents.
As an adult Third-Culture Kid (TCK) who grew up in a different country than my parents, I understand the complexities involving multiple cultures and languages, and the challenges related to cultural identity. I am bilingual in French and English.
No matter your race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or ability,
you are welcome here.
